At our company we like to take an average cost of all employees (the burn rate) and use it to determine an approximate amount of hours that should be used to complete a phase/sub project. If we could do this, that would be great! Also to then see in a report what the projected hours vs actuals are.

We have a large number of staff that do not work a regular amount of hours each day. These staff do not work full-time hours but a chosen regular part-time week which they can split over chosen days and times during the week on a permanent basis. This means that all leave they book has to be done in hours (and the days equivalent is always showing wrong). Would it be possible to add a working pattern structure in the background so that leave can be booked in blocks and the system know the employees working pattern so can automatically work out the number of hours/days required ?

Syncing approved leave directly from Fresh Projects to PaySpace would be essential for us. This integration would save us considerable time and improve our overall accuracy when managing payroll and leave balances.

Directory integrations with Azure, Google and Okta as a potential feature to add to the requests bucket? With this you could push groups from your directory 'source of truth.' Then you could use a combination of SAML and SCIM to handle logins and user account management. SAML gets users in, SCIM makes sure their account exists and is up to date. That's how most of the SaaS tools we are using now handle this process.

When inputting hours on the timesheet, if your cursor is over the input box and you scroll your mouse wheel, it affects the actual number in the box (raising or lowering it). Since we use our mousewheel to scroll up and down across the page, it is entirely possible to unintentionally change the numbers on the timesheet (which happens regularly to us). Since we would never use our mouse wheel to input data and would always type it in manually, our suggestion would be for this feature to be removed.

Under expenses  we will need some flexibility on taxes as with planning applications etc VAT is only charged on part of an application  so can there be some flexibility here when entering expenses?

Our work week starts on Monday - not a Sunday. It is awkward that the weekend is split so that it is a day at each end of the week. Our work week ends on a Sunday to align with our staff pay run. It would be convenient to change the day that the week starts.

We are wondering if it would be feasible to investigate an option where the user interface for the Budget / Fee creation area could look similar to an Excel / Table - where “Resources” are listed across top (columns), with “Tasks” along the side (rows). Refer attached image for example of an Excel version. This would enable the more rapid iteration and editing of hours allocated to each task / resource.
