Travel time, millage and mode capture for Net Zero

As part of our initiative to reduce our carbon emissions to NetZero we would like to capture all travel that is business related. Business travel that is a reimbursable expense is already captured but this would be a separate capture and, as we see it, something that would be captured at the same time an end user fills out their weekly time sheet. Also similar to a time sheet it could be a required weekly submission even if it’s to simply say “no business travel undertaken.” We’d need to capture the millage, mode of transport and time spent travelling. This would be great for us but also any company looking to capture understand, and ultimately reduce their carbon footprint. Is this something we could look at together as something for development?
