Timesheets - Stop Mouse wheel from raising and lowering numbers

When inputting hours on the timesheet, if your cursor is over the input box and you scroll your mouse wheel, it affects the actual number in the box (raising or lowering it). Since we use our mousewheel to scroll up and down across the page, it is entirely possible to unintentionally change the numbers on the timesheet (which happens regularly to us). Since we would never use our mouse wheel to input data and would always type it in manually, our suggestion would be for this feature to be removed.
