We're considering the idea of initiating client surveys at specific milestones in the project lifecycle. The key moments we're looking at for these triggers include: losing an opportunity, winning an opportunity, and the completion of a project. We think Fresh Projects (FP) would be the ideal platform to launch these triggers, as it's always going to be the project Source of Truth

Closed Lost Zapier Trigger - is there any way we could get a trigger for Closed Lost Opportunities? We've established that theres a need to be able to start a "closing down process" when an opportunity is cloes lost for any reason, and if we could have a trigger in zapier we could trigger slack notifications
