Zapier Trigger for Time Entry

A Zapier trigger that if you put in a time entry in Harvest, that there would be the ability to add an automation between Harvest and Freshprojects to create that time entry with the notes on that time entry.

Note: I subcontract with with a company that used Fresh Projects, so for these projects I need to add the time to Fresh Projects.

However, I use Harvest for all my projects across all clients plus utilise their Forecasting / Capacity options. Therefore, ideally, I would be able to put time into either Harvest or Fresh Projects and have an integration between the two adding in my time entries into either one.
