Syncing Employee Leave Balances

Bulk match all leave balances. Currently, I clicked on the “Match” under each leave category to update the balance one by one, but it will be too time consuming if we start matching Xero leave balance in Fresh Projects for all staffs and all leave categories.

Sync Xero Leave balance to Fresh Projects on the COB 15th and 30th of each month. I can see Fresh Projects has monthly/annually automatic allocation with fixed amount added to the leave balance. However, considering we have bi-monthly payroll on 15th and 30th of each month and some staffs might have flexible working hours or unpaid leaves (no leave will be accrued during unpaid leave period or when staffs are not working), the amount of leave accrued could vary each month so a fixed amount automatically added to leave balance each month could cause inaccuracy.
