    Allow individuals to set up their starting filters

    Update the filters to allow individuals to set up their starting filters.

    ... And this would be brilliant if saved filter views per user (also named saved filter views to be shared across team) irrespective of report being from a Freeform - I don't use Freeforms that much but use filterable reports all the time.
