Project Planner > cap resource planning at 100% or at Employee utilization target

In the Project Planner, when resourcing employees across multiple projects, it's easy to overlook leave days or public holidays, which can cause utilisation to run over 100%.

We'd like a feature or custom flag that either alerts the user or caps resourcing at 100% utilisation (or at the specific utilisation target set per employee). This would help avoid over-utilisation and give planners a clearer, more reliable view of actual available capacity when allocating resources.
