Payment Terms

Can we please have an option of working days for the days until an invoice is due. The laws under which we issue invoices in NZ, the Construction Contracts Act specifies invoices being paid in 20 working days. It will need to discount the non-working days. This is also in the project engagement contracts. A lawyer has informed us that we may not be able to pursue payment due to this discrepancy.
