Part-time holiday calculations

Currently we are unable to use the holiday submission because we have a lot of part time workers and they need holiday attributed to them on a pro-rata basis. In addition if employees take unpaid leave their holiday allowance should be recalculated pro rata to the time they are paid. It would be great if FP could handle this.
