Option to hide project fees in the Project Pipeline

The ability to hide project fees when viewing projects in the Pipeline view.

Use case:
When reviewing the pipeline as a team during meetings, we don’t want the wider team to see the fee values attached to each project.

Suggested solution:

1. A toggle in the Pipeline view to show or hide fee amounts.
