Notify project lead when time logged against a project doesn't have a charge out rate

To ensure the Fee Spent column is correct we would like all time spent on a project to have a charge out rate.
When thing’s get busy a staff member that wasn’t originally assigned to the project may work on it. This creates an issue with their charge out being incorrect.


To resolve this we would like a warning or notification to let the project lead know they need to update charge out rates for that staff member on the project.
