Leave record adjustment or deleted items to be hidden on FP

Just wondering if we can hide these deleted leave records on Fresh Projects? Some of our staffs find them very confusing as they sometimes need to amend the dates or leave category if they don’t have enough leave.

Or it would be great if we could amend the leave application after submitted so people don’t have to delete the original one and re-add in a new leave application.
