Invoice Creating > Show all unbilled time for Time Charge Stages

When a sub project is set to Time Charge, when creating the invoice automatically show all unbilled time and give the option to add this to the invoice.

At the moment when projects are billed by time charge then we need to manually select the time charge stage and set the date range and hours can be missed.
