Include Resources when Duplicating a Project

Currently only the Project Stages are brought in when Duplicating a project.

1. The Fee option does not always import the overall fee (bug report).

2. There should be an option to import the resources as well.

The latter would be of great benefit as we often tender for work for similar projects and need to manually copy ALL the resources from one project to another in order to calculate the fees.

In summary, an easier, more comprehensive and more flexible duplication of projects is required.
