Financial Forecast as a percentage complete

We are looking to be able to pull a report that shows the percentage of the project fee that will be invoiced each month, similar to the financial forecast that shows the scheduled fees due to be invoiced at the end of the month, but for the figures to be the percentage complete and it would need to show the sub projects as well.
