Currency Symbols

When a fee is included in fee proposals, the relevant currency symbol is automatically shown beside the number. We wish to produce proposals that do not always show the symbol. For example we may wish to have a table that simply shows the fees as numbers (rather than showing the currency symbol multiple times). We would like there to be a new tag for the number without the associated currency symbol.
