When a project is completed, staff can still enter time and expenses against it.
Pls can the ‘completed’ function actually stop staff access to entering time sheets and expenses. If not and the ‘lock’ function has to be used which is under Project Structure, pls can a common lock also be created which locks off all the activities rather than us having to lock off every one individually. Pls keep the individual lock for specific activties though. thanks.
