Fresh currently includes non-working days (leave, RDO’s, and Public Holdiays) in utilisation calculations - meaning 100% utilised in Fresh requires that person to work every holiday and have no leave. It also means utilisation stats for Part Time/Casual employees is useless. Someone who works 2 days per week but is fully billable for those two days is 100% utilised, not 40% utilised.
