Add more granular functionality to the Time & Expense migration tool

Ability to move time & expenses at an individual row level in Time&Expense migration tool

We’re being asked to move a single hour worked by “XX” or a single hour “from the subproject XX”

The current system only allows us to move time in bulk, grouped by broader categories such as sub project or employee. We can’t isolate and shift hours at that level of granularity, which makes these smaller adjustments impossible to execute in-house, unless we edit historic timesheets, which we want to avoid.
