Display value descriptions on Financial Forecast totals

On the Financial Forecast, the descriptions of the values against the bottom totals are currently only visible when hovering over the totals.

Request: Add the descriptions of these values directly against the bottom totals, so they are always visible without needing to hover.

Benefit: Users can understand what each total represents at a glance, improving readability when reviewing the forecast.
