Ability to submit timesheets daily

With the way we work, an instant or at least daily check would be needed to keep an eye on a project. At the moment, we need all timesheets to be submitted (for those working on the project) to be submitted to be able to review the project. If this review is mid-week, this requires these staff to then un-submit the timesheets to allow them to continue to track time again.
